Nightmare Boyzzz - Nuclear Summer
With frontman Chris Jordan of the briefly lived Nashville band Night Court and other members of Alabama favorites Satan’s Youth Ministers, who recently were featured by Vice, Nightmare Boyzzz are the Florence/Muscle Shoals equivalent of your best kept secret. A dreamy, surfy, poppy sound that could be the soundtrack to a slow motion montage of bare foot beach parties, these boys, or boyzzz cause everyone’s gotta add extra letters to the end of things these days, they know how to have a good time, and more importantly, how to make music for us to have a good time to. It’s a newish band that’s just punk enough to make some waves, so check out their songs on soundcloud before you get left behind in their wake.
